NEW YORK (PIX11) – The Einstein Musical Motion Activity jumper is being recalled after multiple injuries were reported — ranging from bruises to a fractured skull.

The popular baby entertainment chair has a “sun” toy that can “rebound with force and injure the infant, posing an impact hazard,” according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  There have been 100 reports of incidents, along with 61 injuries that include bruises, cuts to the face, an adult with a chipped tooth and one 7-month-old boy who suffered a “lineal skull fracture.”
