Flash Flood Warning issued for portions of Southeast Indiana

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Dearborn, Franklin and Ripley Counties

Excessive rainfall is expected to flood small creeks and streams. Country roads and farmlands could be affected.

The warning remains in effect until 12:15 a.m. Friday.
