2 lbs velveta shredded

1/3 lb blue cheese crumbles

1/2 Qt redor brown ale (avoid hoppy)

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp worcestershire



1)bring beer to low boil, then add all ingredients.

2)stir with a wisk constantly until all cheese is melted and smooth.
