Reward offered in case of west side liquor store robbery

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a man wanted in connection with the robbery of a west side liquor store.

Police said the suspect entered Liquor Unlimited at 7302 Rockville Road on Aug. 1. The suspect approached the counter with his right hand in his pants pocket and demanded money.

The suspect fled the business with an undisclosed amount, heading northwest towards the Rockshire Apartments.

The man was described to be a dark-skinned black male, 25 to 28 years old and 150 to 170 pounds. He was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a light blue baseball cap with a dark blue brim and white logos.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the felony arrest of the suspect. Call 317-262-8477 if you have information.
