UPDATE: Carmel police search for missing teenage girl

UPDATE: Carmel police tell FOX 59 that Carly has been found safe.  She was located in South Carolina.

CARMEL, Ind. – The Carmel police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenage girl.

Police say Carly VanArsdall left her residence in the 1400 block of 2nd Way in Carmel around 9:00 a.m. August 24th with a few personal items.

Carly is a 16 year old female, approximately 5’2″ tall and 170lbs.

At this time, there is no known individual that would have picked her up, but there is concern for her well-being due to some known medical conditions.
