Power restored to most on Southwest side

INDIANAPOLIS – IPL reports the number of power outages on the southwest side of Indianapolis from more than 1,000 Hoosiers from just an hour ago to now less than 200.

 Indianapolis Power and Light says something knocked a breaker loose, which caused that outage in Decatur Township.  According to IPL many times after stormy weather power lines can come loose due to branches falling or wind.
