Semi stuck in South Split construction work zone

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – State police and INDOT have been called to the scene of a semi that has gotten stuck in the construction work zone of the South Split.

Police were called to the scene of the stuck semi around 5:20 a.m. in the area of EB 70 to NB 65.

INDOT is waiting to see how it should get the semi out.

The semi is out of the travel lanes but is stuck in the work zone.

Traffic is not impacted going EB 70 to SB 65 right now, but when the semi is being removed, whenever that may be, traffic will be stopped according to the state police.
