Indiana BLT Sliders by H&C

Serves 4 / Prep time 15 minutes

½ pound Smoking Goose Bacon

8        Leaf Lettuce

8        Slices Roma Tomato

8        Tblsp. Lemon Aioli

8        Slider Buns

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.Plate the 8 buns. Spread 1 tablespoon Lemon Aioli on each half of the bun. Add 1 slice of lettuce. Add 2 slices of tomato on top of lettuce. Arrange 3 slices of bacon evenly on top of tomato. (Break bacon slices in half to fit, if needed.). Add 1 slice of lettuce on top of bacon. Top the remaining the sandwiches with the bun.
