Crews reopen 126th Street in Fishers following accident

Emergency crews have reopened 126th Street in Fishers following an accident involving a chemical spill.

The accident happened between Promise and Hoosier Roads around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A lawn chemical spilled onto the roadway after the two vehicles collided.

One person was injured in the accident.

The roadway was closed for approximately three hours while crews worked to clean up. The chemical did not make its way into any local waterways.
