The new leader of IPS has laid out his plan for his first 100 days on the job.

Monday, Superintendent Lewis Ferebee shared a series of five goals to shape the future of the district..

Those goals are as follows:

  • Gather information about IPS and the community
  • Establish a strong community presence early
  • Assess a state of the school district
  • Identify critical challenges and opportunities
  • Build on strengths by creating a supportive network
