Cafe Patachou founder Martha Hoover, whose restaurants include the pizzeria Napolese, is suing Mohey Osman, the owner of newcomer Crust Pizzeria Napoletana, claiming he’s ripped off her pizzeria’s entire look.

The Indianapolis Business Journal reports Hoover claims the new pizzeria copied Napolese’s logo, look of the menu, seating set up and more.  The resemblance is so severe, the lawsuit charges, that it led one visitor to Crust to tweet, “Is Crust in Carmel somehow related, or did it just rip off @NapolesePizza’s…everything?”

Osman disagrees with the charges and doesn’t believe there is a resemblance between his pizzeria and Hoover’s.
