Charges dropped against man accused in canal shootings

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 15, 2013)– Last week, the State successfully filed a motion to dismiss the case against alleged canal shooter.

On Saint Patrick’s Day weekend, police reported that  Dai-Twon Williams open fired on five teens. He was to be tried as an adult and was originally held on a $500,000 bond.

The dropped charges against Williams were for five counts of attempted murder and carrying a firearm without a license.
