Substitute school bus driver arrested after drinking and driving

KOKOMO, Ind. (Nov. 25, 2013)– A substitute bus driver was pulled over and arrested after driving while intoxicated in a school bus.

William Tucker called in to sub for a driver who was out, although Tucker is not an employee of the district.

A community member alerted the school district that Tucker may be drunk. School police officers tested Tucker and found him to be under the influence. Another driver was called in to drive in his place.

At no time were there children on the bus with the intoxicated driver.
