Man wanted for east side murder still at large

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Dec. 3, 2013)–  Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Homicide detectives are still looking for a man wanted for an east side murder that happened on September 25.

Josiah Keyes is wanted for the murder of 19-year-old Anthony Lloyd. Keyes is an 18-year-old black male, 5’11” 145lbs, black hair and brown eyes.

On September 25, at approximately 9:57 pm, officers were sent to the 2200 block of Harbor Dr. on a report that a person had been shot.

When officers arrived they found an unidentified male lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. EMS crews arrived and pronounced the man deceased.  The man’s name, along with cause and manner of death, will be confirmed through the Marion County Coroner’s Office.

Consider him armed and dangerous, do not approach this suspect.
