INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Dec. 3, 2013)—An Indianapolis teenager who is charged in connection with the Nov. 27 murder of a man on the near east side appeared in court for his initial hearing Tuesday.
Christopher Bell, 17, was arrested Sunday in the shooting death of Robbie Gibson, who was working inside a duplex on N. Gray Street with his brother at the time of the shooting.
Adrian Anthony, 20, was also arrested in connection with Gibson’s death. Police said the armed suspects approached the victims and demanded money. Anthony allegedly then fatally shot Gibson. Both suspects are charged with murder and robbery. Anthony was also charged with carrying a handgun without a license.
Anthony is also charged in connection with two home invasion cases that occurred in October.
