Drivers stranded in storm at rest stop in Lizton

LIZTON, Ind. (January 6, 2014) — Dozens of people were stranded at a rest stop on Interstate 74 in Lizton early Monday morning.

The motorists and truckers sat in their vehicles, stuck in the snow for hours, forced to keep their motors running to stay warm.

INDOT crews eventually helped rescue everyone around 3:30 a.m.
