Franklin police release surveillance pictures of gas station robbers

FRANKLIN (Jan. 30, 2014) – Two masked men entered a Franklin gas station late Wednesday night and robbed it at gunpoint, police say.

The robbery was reported at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday at the Admiral Gas Station located at 237 W. Jefferson St. According to the clerk, two men entered and demanded money. One of them had a gun, the clerk said. Both men wore ski masks.

The suspects left the store with some cash. The men ran across Jefferson Street and went through an alley. Police couldn’t locate them after a search.
