Honey Sriracha Baked Wings
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/3 C of Sriracha
- 1/4 C honey
- 1 tsp salt
- juice of 1 lime
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 pounds of chicken wings, tips clipped off
Preheat oven to 350. Place wings on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes then flip over each wing. Return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes or until done. Meanwhile combine all other ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat for 3 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Add the cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour sauce over wings and toss to combine.
Using tongs, place on a serving dish.
