INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Excitement is building for the final game of the Big Ten Tournament. An in-state rivalry will play out at Bankers Life Fieldhouse as Michigan takes Michigan State. Tip off is set for 3:30 p.m. but there is a lot to do before the big game.

Game day festivities will get underway with the fifth annual Big Ten Hoops Day 5K. The run starts at 11 a.m. with packet pick-up beginning at 9 a.m. On-site registration is available for $25. The course will take runners through downtown, starting and finishing in front of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Participants are encouraged to support their favorite Big Ten school by wearing the team’s colors.

Fans can get pumped up with a free pep rally. The rally is happening at 1:30 p.m. on Georgia Street, right in front of the fieldhouse. It includes a live DJ, battle of the pep bands, corn hole, food and drinks. There will also be a live showing of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Selection Show and Big Ten Men’s Championship Game.
