Police search for two robbery suspects

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 22, 2014) — Police need your help in the hunt for two robbery suspects wanted in an incident from last month. They have released a sketch of one of the men.

According to IMPD, a female victim told police she was robbed on February 10. She was driving eastbound in the 4500 block of Washington Street when she heard a loud thud. The woman says she pulled over near an apartment complex to see if her car had been damaged, when two men came up behind her. They grabbed her neck, displayed a gun and demanded cash. After they took her money, the men ran off.

One of the suspects was described as a black man, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing dark blue jeans and a black stocking cap,with a black jacket and dark gloves.

The second man was described as a light skinned black man wearing dark blue jeans, a red shirt with white lettering, a blue jacket, and a stocking cap.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Indiana at 317|262-TIPS (8477).
