HOLMEN, Wis. (March 27, 2014) – A Wisconsin woman says the secret to staying young is simply putting one foot in front of the other.

Sarah Stenberg takes a four-mile walk every day, using every hallway at her retirement community. At 100 years old, she admits the going is slow and says the view isn’t that great.

“Everybody sleeps about this time of day. They’re great nappers,” she said with a laugh. “I enjoy very much doing it and I know it’s for my own benefit.”

Stenberg can’t wait until the weather starts to warm up—she wants to take her strolls outside.
