Man seriously injured after crashing SUV into creek

A driver is in serious condition after crashing his SUV into a creek. It happened around 10:30 pm Saturday near 38th St. and Post Rd.

Police say the driver was speeding, when he hit two poles, before ending up in the water. Rescuers were able to get him out of the SUV in about 15 minutes.

Police think he was involved in a domestic disturbance before the accident.
