Falling temperatures with a touch of snow?

Warm temperatures this morning won’t last through the day, as a fast moving front out west will sweep the state in a matter hours (7:00am-9:00am)!  This should drive temperatures downward and keep rain chances around from time to time, although not a complete washout.  Here is a look at how our temperatures will fall in the hours ahead:







No severe weather is expected today even with a strong drop in temperatures. Most areas of severe weather will be confined to the gulf coastal states.






Rain will mix with snow after midnight and could put down a quick covering on grassy areas but melt quickly as sun returns by mid-morning Tuesday followed by a warm up by mid to late week.
