INDIANAPOLIS (April 29, 2014) – A man went on a burglary spree on the south side earlier this month, and now police want to find him.

On April 2, cameras at the KFC 903 E. Hanna Ave. captured an image of the man around 2:50 a.m. About 30 minutes later, surveillance cameras from the Madison Street Grill, 3003 S. Madison Ave., caught the same man inside. The man was also seen trying to break into the Center United Methodist Church, 5445 Bluff Rd., around 4:30 a.m.

The man may be responsible for other burglaries in the area that night. Police described him as a white male wearing a dark stocking cap, sunglasses on his head, striped jacket, light colored pants and dark shoes. He may have had light-colored facial hair. His vehicle was a light-colored Pontiac Sunbird, police said.
