Egg White English Muffin
- 1 slice extra lean Canadian bacon
- 1 slice smooth white cheddar
- 1 whole grain English muffin (or regular english muffin)
- Egg white from one egg
- Salt, and pepper to taste (optional)
Slice the English muffin in half and toast in a toaster. Crack and separate egg whites and cook on stove at an appropriate temperature and cook to desired consistency (if using salt, and pepper, sprinkle them into egg before cooking). Place cheese, Canadian bacon, and egg on English muffin. Enjoy!
