More than 200 athletes attend football development camp

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 11, 2014) — Indianapolis was the place to be this weekend for athletes hoping to score a spot on the 2015 U.S. National Football Team. Over 200 athletes attended USA Football’s Regional Development Camp at Grand Park Saturday and Sunday.

Those attending received training from several current NCAA coaches, including some from Notre Dame, Ohio State and Indiana. Coaches also conducted personal development sessions to address character development and the importance of leadership.

Former U.S. National Team members include Florida State’s Jameis Winston, N.Y. Giants’ David Wilson and Arizona Cardinals’ Tyrann Mathieu.
