LEBANON, Ind. (May 22, 2014) — Downed trees lined the sides of Lebanon roadways Thursday, one day after severe storms passed through the area.

Memorial Park was one of the hardest hit areas, with some trees completely knocked down and others apparently split by lightning.

On Indianapolis Avenue near Hendricks Drive, several downed tree limbs piled up alongside the support wires holding up a utility pole.  Above, one tree branch blew in the wind, dangling from the electric wires.
