Man shot and killed on northeast side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 6, 2014)– IMPD is investigating a fatal shooting on the northeast side of Indianapolis.

Police say the shooting happened in the 4000 block of Meadows Drive around 8 p.m. Friday night.  That location is near 38th Street and Keystone Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found an unidentified unresponsive male seated in black car that was parked in an empty lot who had been shot.  EMS personnel pronounced the victim dead.  Detectives have not yet determined a suspect or suspects.
