Young bicyclists learn the rules of the road at bike rodeo

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 7, 2014) — Young bike riders learned about bike safety Saturday morning at the first ever “Safety First Bike Rodeo”.

The Invictus Lodge #7 hosted the rodeo on west Minnesota Street, downtown.

The event partnered with Indianapolis Metro Police Officers from the Southwest District and the American Heart Association, to teach kids about bike safety.

The missing was to teach cyclists the rules of the road and how to keep themselves and others safe while biking.
