Local toddler lives with rare skin condition

Two year old Pearson Swisher from Noblesville was born with a very rare skin disease, lamellar ichthyosis. Sincer her birth, Pearson hasn’t met anyone like her. This weekend, the two year old and her family will join dozens of others at the National Family Conference happening right here in Indianapolis.
