Grilled Tenderloin Skewers and Grilled Lobster Tail

    Product/Item Description Amount Unit Measure
Step 1 Tenderloin tip skewers, marinated 2 each
Step 2 Lobster tail for grilling (one whole tail) 2 skewers
  Olive oil blend 1 tsp
  Salt and pepper mix ¼ tsp
  Tomato butter 2 TBSP
Step 3 Cedar Vegetables 1 serving
  Asparagus 1 serving
  Tomato butter, melted 1 ½ oz
  Quartered lemon wedge 1 each
  Parsley, minced 1/8 tsp



Step 1 Grill marinated skewers until cooked to desired temperature.  Reserve once cooked
Step 2 Lightly brush lobster tail skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  Over a medium grill; cook lobster tail skewers until cooked through, turning as necessary.  Brush with tomato butter.
Step 2 On a warm large oval arrange cedar vegetables on the right side and asparagus on the left (tips pointing forward).  Criss-cross the lobster tail over the cedar veg.  Criss-cross the tenderloin tips over the asparagus.  Garnish with a bullet of the tomato butter, lemon wedge and parsley.  Serve immediately
