INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 17, 2014) – A very special dog got the opportunity to “drive” around on his birthday.

The dog’s owner, Chuck Kaser, adopted him as an abandoned puppy sixteen years ago.

Yesterday, that puppy affectionately known as “Cab” celebrated his Sweet 16!

Cab is blind, deaf, and has several health problems requiring injectable medication making him no longer able to walk.

But that didn’t hold Cab back from celebrating his big day!

Since Cab is now 16, his owner built a rolling cart complete with a steering wheel for Cab to “drive.”

Cab even got a fake Indiana driver’s license!
