Oil spill shuts down section of Mass Ave.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 9, 2014) — A section of Massachusetts Avenue was shut down early Saturday morning after a truck spilled oil overnight.
It happened around 1 a.m., between 38th and Arlington.
A semi driver hit a piece of wood in the street, puncturing his oil tank.
Police said the road was expected to be closed for several hours while Hazmat crews cleaned up around 15 gallons of oil.
No injuries were reported.
