Police ask for help finding missing woman

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Aug. 9, 2014) — IMPD is asking for the public’s help in their search for a woman who disappeared from the south side, Friday night.

23-year-old Mary Beth Fox was last seen near the Dollar General in the area of South East Street and Sumner Avenue. That’s where police were dispatched around 8:15 p.m. Friday.

Fox stands 5’10”, weighs 220 pounds and has dark brown, short spiked hair. She was wearing a dark denim jacket,  jeans and was barefoot.

Police were told Fox has the mental capacity of an eight-year-old and is prone to angry outbursts.

If you see her, you are urged to call police immediately.
