Red Cross continues Blackford County flooding response

Hartford City, Ind. (August 24, 2014) — The American Red Cross is continuing its assistance for people affected by this week’s flooding in Blackford County.

Crews are set up at the Blackford County Fairgrounds and East Park Avenue in Hartford City. They are offering assistance to anyone who may need housing, food, basic health care and even emotional support.

Groups of volunteers will also be going around affected neighborhoods to offer assistance.
