INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Police are looking for a man who picked up a boy on his way home from school.
The man approached 11-year-old George Boyd in an alley and asked where he was going. Boyd tried to ignore the stranger but he pulled the boy into his car. The boy said he was very scared but he decided to fight back.
"He pulled me in, I was on his lap. I punched him in his face like that and I kept doing it," said Boyd as he demonstrated how he punched the man.
Boyd said another little boy was in the backseat of that car. Police are worried if that boy is out there he may be too scared to tell someone about what happened. According to the police report Boyd was in the car for at least 30 minutes.

The man dropped him off near the intersection of Orleans Street and Iowa. Boyd said he told the other boy to run and they both took off.
"I don't want to see another child get taken or hurt. I was lucky that my son knew to fight, fight with your life," said Meridith Fitzpatrick, the boy's mother.
Boyd was on his way home from SENSE Charter School when the man approached him. Wednesday afternoon the school sent out a robocall to warn parents about the abduction. The principal said she working with IMPD officers to talk with students about strangers. Officers are also stepping up their patrols in the area, especially when school lets out.
"We want to reassure the public and the students and the teachers that we are handling this as quickly as we can. Our main goal is this to find the individual, identify the individual, so we can move forward with the investigation," said Officer Andrew Sheler, IMPD.
Police do not know the make or model of the vehicle. It is described as a white four door car with front end damage and a silver stripe on the trunk.
Boyd was taken to the hospital as a precaution and is doing well. He said the man hit him in the ribs several times.
