Better Breakfast Waffle Sandwich

  • 2 toasted frozen whole grain waffles
  • 2-3 ounces favorite lean deli meat (turkey, chicken, roast beef, ham)
  • 1 slice cheese
  • Lettuce, spinach, tomato slices, cucumber slices, shredded carrots & any other favorite veggies
  • Mustard and/or low-fat mayo
