Indiana Toll Road Operator set to declare bankruptcy

The Indiana Toll Road Concession Company plans to declare bankruptcy according to our partners at WGN.

An official announcement is expected on Monday.  Lenders and creditors are allowing the company to either refinance debt or sell the lease to the Indiana Toll Road.

Gov. Mitch Daniels approved the lease in 2006 to ITR Concession Company for$3.8 billion.
