Three people sought in theft of French Bulldog from Greenwood pet store

GREENWOOD (Sept. 26, 2014) – Greenwood police need help identifying three people caught stealing a French Bulldog from a south side pet store.

The theft happened on Sept. 15, 2014, when two women and a man entered the Uncle Bill’s Pet Store located at 870 S. U.S. 31. One of the suspects took the dog out of the cage and left without paying.

The bulldog is valued at $3,500.

Surveillance cameras showed a woman in a red hooded jacket take the dog out of the cage. A man in a blue hooded sweatshirt acted as a lookout. A second woman was also connected to the theft, police said.
