WHITELAND, Ind. (Oct. 3, 2014)– The Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation says a student was arrested Friday for bringing a gun to school.

The tip came in on Thursday. Police determined a gun was on school grounds after speaking with witnesses and arrested a Whiteland Community High School student.

Whiteland officials say some students may have known about the gun and did not report it. They say failure to report that kind of information could result in disciplinary action.
