INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 11, 2014) – A car smashed into a White Castle restaurant located at 10099 East Washington Street around 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Margret Norris, 83, was driving her grandson’s 2003 Ford Explorer when it is believed that she accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake when pulling into a parking spot.

No injuries were reported from the six employees and six customers that were inside the building during the crash. Damage was reported on the eastern side of the building where the vehicle collided with a load bearing wall located near the bathrooms.

The restaurant will remain closed while repairs and cleanup take place. There is no word on when the restaurant will open its doors again.
