UPDATE (November 16, 8:40AM) — Police now say the victim was shot and killed during a robbery attempt. When officers arrived on scene, they found the victim laying on the floor just inside the front door of a home. He appeared to have been shot multiple times. Police say the victim was shot near his vehicle, then ran to a nearby house where he died. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 262-TIPS.

Indianapolis, IND. (November 15, 2014) — Police were called to the 3900 block of Aspen Way for a person shot Saturday night.

Officials say when they arrived just before 10 p.m., they found a man dead at that address.
