INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 17, 2014) -- Normally, when a car crashes into a house, it hits the front.

Not Monday morning on the far east side of Indianapolis.

Police told FOX59 News that a car or truck was doing donuts or laps in an empty, snow-covered field near 21st Street and Cumberland when it lost control and crashed into the back of a home on Brook Bay Lane.

The two people inside the home were not injured, according to police on scene.

The vehicle then fled the scene, but not without leaving behind bits of evidence that will be examined by investigators.

Anyone with information about who did this is asked to call Crimestoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
