INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 17, 2014)– The threat of terrorism has been constant for years, and right now, it’s most closely identified with the rise of ISIS.

The threat of the terrorist group has already hit home here in Indiana, with the death of Abdul-Rahman Kassig, the Indianapolis native whose execution was announced in a video uploaded on social media networks this weekend. U.S. officials later confirmed the authenticity of the recording.

Just last month, the FBI issued a warning about ISIS recruiting women and children online in the U.S. and other countries. It’s all sparked a debate over the real and perceived threat.
