Thanksgiving is nearly here.

On average, we will eat 4,500 calories, not the 1,700 you think you're eating.

Plates will be piled high with about three pounds of turkey, enough for 16 sandwiches.

All told, you'll have to walk 40 miles to burn off that meal.
