ANDERSON, In (December 13th, 2014) – The Anderson community came together Saturday night to speak out against child violence.

This comes after a 15-year-old girl was found starved weighing less than 40 pounds.

Neighbors wanted to peacefully raise awareness about the case.

They created a new organization called Many Young Angles to offer support.

Meanwhile, the disabled teen is hospitalized at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.  Her condition is still day-to day.

Formal charges were filed against the teen’s grandparents, Steve and Joetta Sells.  Charges include; neglect of a dependent, criminal confinement and battery.
