Fallen Indiana Airman laid to rest

INDIANAPOLIS, In. (December 21th, 2014) – Today the community came together to remember an Indiana Airman who died unexpectedly in Guam.

Alec Dye, 24, was laid to rest this afternoon at West Newton Cemetery with full military honors.  Family and friends attended a visitation before his burial Decatur Central High School.

Dye was stationed with the United States Air Force when he went missing on December first.  His body was recovered a day later after an extensive search.
