INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Dec. 21, 2014) — Police are investigating after a person was shot on I-65, early Sunday morning.

It happened near the ramp from East Raymond Street just after 2 a.m.

Very little information was immediately available after the shooting and there is no word on whether the person injured was in a car at the time or how severe his injuries are.

Police were on scene talking to witnesses in an SUV. As the people in that vehicle were pulling away and the driver tried to maneuver a U-turn, they were involved in a minor accident on Raymond, just before Shelby Street.

No one was injured.
