RECIPES: Lighter Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 package (8 ounces) Neufchatel 1/3-less fat cream cheese

½ cup light reduced fat Ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

1 cup (8 ounces) finely shredded mozzarella cheese (or combo of mozz and blue cheese)

½ cup buffalo hot wings pepper sauce

2 ½ cups shredded, cooked, boneless skinless chicken breast


Heat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients in a 1-2 quart baking dish. Stir until blended and combined. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated throughout. Garnish with fresh celery leaves or additional shredded/crumbled cheese. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, whole grain crackers, pretzels and/or pita chips.  Makes about 16 servings of ¼ cup each)
