Valentine’s Day Punch


1 bottle Bellenda Rose Brut

6 oz Starlight Indiana Gin

4 oz Rosemary Syrup*

10 oz Blood Orange Juice


Combine 4 Rosemary sprigs with 4 cups water in saucepan.  Heat just to boil then add 3 cups sugar until dissolved.  Remove from heat and let steep to room temperature.


Combine all: Bellenda Rose Brut, Gin, Syrup, and Orange Juice in punch bowl and serve!
